Can i use an led flashlight to cure gel nails?

I bought several bottles of gel nail polish in different color for $2 each to DIY my nail at home. I was so exciting about the price which is so good. However, I need a UV lamp to cure the gel polish. I do not want to spend more on a lamp. Can I use the regular LED flashlight to cure gel nails?

I kindly suggest you to find a lamp online, which is cheaper than your local store such as Amazon.  The gel nail polish contains resin. The resin is in the form of a fluid gel. It does not solidify before it is exposed to the UV light. the gel nail polish will be harden when exposed to UV light from the UV lamp.

However, UV light is the mostly invisible form of light that is present in sunlight, tanning lamps, and nail-polish lamps. As to LED light, it is a light source that is visible and can contain invisible forms of light, such as UV. Personally, I do not use the UV so much anymore because I don't have time to wait for the two-minute UVlight. In comparison, LED flashlights take anywhere from 5 to 45 seconds to harden gel nail polish. Moreover, using UV or LED shouldn't affect the outcome of your gel nail polish. How you prep the nail, how you take care of the nail, that is going to determine the longevity…and who's applying it.
