Actually not. Wearing transitions drivewear at night is not recommended, because it always comes with photochromic or polarize features. So the transition drivewear will turn to clear when there is no UV light. Then whey will offer no protection from road glare. Driving at night, a pair of eyeglasses treated with anti-reflective coating would be a best choice. Moreover, a pair of amber glasses which keep out the blue light that many headlights have now is also recommended as well.
