How to lose weight through exercise at home?

I do not have so much time to go to gym to exercise to lose weight. So I am wondering whether or not there are some exercise at home to lose weight?

If you want to lose weight inevitably, you need to be on diet and do more exercise at home. Firstly, you need to take some weight loss programs such as pike walk/pushup combo, prisoner squat, bodyweight lunge,lying gluteal bridge, bodyweight jump squat and so on.  Moreover, weight loss calculator needed as well.
