Recently, I found I was gaining weight. I would like to take some exercises in hopes of weight loss. So what exercises are best for losing weight?

We all know that weight loss is about creating a calorie deficit. That is to say, burning more calories than you take in. So running at an 8-minute-mail pace might be a great calorie burner. Moreover, start with something you can do just like walking or working out on an elliptical machine or exercise bike.
