A lot of seniors have Presbyopia, which is the inability to see clearly at near distances, like when reading. So most of them wear progressive/bifocal eyeglasses to achieve the vision 20/20 and some of them may also wear contact lenses to correct presbyopia. Now, the mutilfocal options such as bifocal lenses, progressive lenses are available in contact lenses too. Moreover, the latest generation of "soft" contact lenses are much thinner, lighter and more confortable than the "hard" contact lenses which were so puplar in decades ago. So every senior can wear contact lenses and will never too late to wear them.
