Cat eye makeup is flaunted by all women who are at the top of their fashion game. I have small eyes but I also like cat eye make up. Is there anyone who can help me with applying cat eye make up?

wow, I have some make up tips for small eyes.

The first is eyebrow shape for small eyes.

If you have small eyes, it is important that they’re not too thick nor too thin, as to not draw attention from the eyes. If anything, your eyebrows should be a little more elongated at the outside corners, so fill them in using a brow pencil or gel to get the desired effect. This will fall into place nicely once you’ve elongated the shape of your eyes as well, in order to make them appear bigger. Also make sure that you don’t have any stray hairs around the eyebrow shape, because these will stand out when you apply lighter shades of eye shadow on your brow arch and draw attention from your eyes.

The seconde is color correcting undertones

One thing you must always try to avoid is puffiness or dark circles around your eyes. If the eye area looks swollen, than your eyes will appear sunken in and even smaller. Moreover, the dark hues around your eyes will have the same negative effect, so you must learn the art of camouflaging dark circles, by using an under eyes concealer to mask any imperfections and give your eyes a wide awake look.

The thrid is avoid creasing – a common problem for small eyes

If your brow bone is too protruding and your eye lids too small, then you are surely facing one of the most common problems for small eyes – your eye shadows are always creasing and smudging in your crease. That’s probably one of the reasons why you think you will never be able to pull off wearing eyeliner because you have small eyes.

Girls with small eyes seem to have gotten the short end of the stick—eye makeup requires a completely different technique, mascara smudges on our top lid, and don’t even get us started on eyeliner. The perfectly flicked cat-eye that looks amazing on our round-eyed sisters just doesn’t translate the same way on smaller, hooded lids.

Not all liner is used to define. Some, like a flesh-toned, nude pencil, can open up your eyes and make them look wider. Moreover, Not all lines have to be precise. According to Arlt, a little smudging never hurt, especially if you have smaller eyes.
