I've been living at my condo for nearly a year, and I haven't had a dog. Well I got a puppy and called up to tell them and she asked me what type of breed and I said Husky, she informs me they changed the new leases and that back in Jan. they changed it to where Huskies aren't allowed, but never told anyone who signed the lease prior (we signed in October, months before the new policy change) and she said we have to get rid of our puppy. Is this legal? Help me.
