How to remove coatings from glasses?

I worn my glasses for around one or two years and I can barely see through them. I have got my eye checked and my prescription had not been changed. So I am looking for some methods to remove the coating on the lenses and reuse this pair, since the UV filter coating on the lenses is starting to wear off, so that the lenses surface is rough and give unclear vision.

Remove coatings such as anti-UV coating, anti-scratch or anti-reflective coating from the lenses, you could use alcohol and toothpaste or baking soda. You could easily use these things to remove the coatings from the glasses without spending a penny.

Firstly, you could get it soaking in a solution made with 90% alcohol and put a little bit water in there. So that is probably 80 20 or so. Secondly, you need to scrape the coating on the glasses with a scraper for an electric stove. You could see some cloudiness on the lenses. Thirdly, you could put this lenses to the solution repeatedly and use the cloth to scrub the lenses to make them clean.
