A common migraine symptom is a severe headache with intense side effect. Some one describes the migraine symptom as “the head just like in a vise” “it is just like a light fixture starts to go out” “been staring at the sun” “on a ship during a storm”. Migraines can be caused by many factors from stress to exercise to fragrances. Sometimes happened from certain food and beverages like meats or cheeses. Moreover, as to some patients, their migraines happens periodically. So I highly suggest them to track their migraines for several weeks or a month to see if there are correlations. In this way, it is easier for them to find out migraine relief.

Wow, as to the headache, it is straight forward. It just cause discomfort to slow people down. Usually, people suffering headache also can do their things and will not lose their ability to function. The headache symptom including dull, aching head pain and a sensation of tightness or pressure on their forehead. People may also experience tenderness of the scalp, neck and shoulder muscles.

Migraines, however, are far more painful. The symptoms of a migraine include a severe throbbing or pulsating pain (usually just on one side of the head). An aura may also occur before along with the migraine, like a flashing light, blind spots or tingling in the arm, leg or one side of the face.
