Drinking much water is important to our daily life and to keep us healthy. Especially our blood is made up of water in large part. Drinking plenty of water of course ensures that the entire circulatory system continues to work efficiently.Increasing water intake is also helpful in flushing harmful toxins out of our system.Doctors recommend that the average adult drinks 8 glasses of water each day.To add flavor and make the drink more exciting, you can add a healthy treat like a lemon wedge or a cucumber slice to your glass.Remember, there is no need to chug the water all at once.Carry a water bottle with you at all times so that you can sip the water slowly throughout the day.
