Prolonged exposure to the ultraviolet rays from the sun will give rise to sunburned eyes.  You might experience burning sensation and blurred vision.  Sunburned eyes might also come from the reflection of the sun rays from the surface of the water and sand. It is also knows as photo keratitis.

If you get sunburned eyes, please use artificial tears to keep your eyes moisten. It will give you a greater comfort, .fewer dry eyes symptoms, and sometimes sharper vision as well.

I know a simple and easy way. You can use cucumber, which is useful to the sunburned eyelids or eyes.
Cut the cucumber into pieces and put it in the refrigerator. 30 minutes later, you need to get it out from the refrigerator and then blend a chilled cucumber to a smooth consistence and then put it to the sunburned areas. You will feel conformable after doing so. :)
