Kaleidoscope vision might indicate migraine, which is not a eyesight problem.

In general, like It looks into a lightbulb (that would be weird)because caused migraine vision symptoms, seeing stars, anomalies, eye symptoms by anxiety.  Most people will see colored spots If they staring at a brilliant item for a long time and then turn to a white wall. This is caused when the photosensitive cells on the retina are briefly bleached and take a few seconds to adjust. Your brain interprets this as different colors.

Wow, it seems that you might suffer ocular migraines. To much stress or drink to much caffeine, sleep too much or too little, drink to much wine, eat too much cheese or chocolate or weather changes might cause it.

In the mean time, you might also suffer dizziness, hearing or vision disturbance. You will be more sensitive  to light or sound, nausea or vomiting.  Moreover, you may have trouble in speaking or understanding speech.  When you are suffering these problem, please go to ask for help from your doctor immediately.
