My friend once told me i can't ride as a passenger on someone's motorbike because i dont have a license. My friend with the bike is 19 years old and isnt a learner or anything. I'm 17, have a provisional license if that means anything lol?

In the UK it is only the rider that needs to be licenced NOT a passenger. Not all bikers opt to have insurance to carry a passenger though so that can prevent it too. Your friend is wrong if you are in the UK.

Need friends with actual law books for the place your in- UK from language? With the silly laws there- might be restrictions. sounds like a excuse NOT to give you a ride but not piss you off- easier to make you mad at silly politicians that passed the law.
