I have 2 questions :

1: When my car moves over bump there is crackling noise from rear right wheel and also when car is idling and i accelerate hard same noise comes from same area . more common when there are 2-3 passenger sitting back . Is it bad spring or shock ?

2: Ride quality of my car is poor . Whenever car is moving over rough road i feel very uncomfortable and whole interior & passengers shakes badly like there is no movement in suspension or suspension is jammed . Car feels good when rolling over speed breakers but poor on rough road very harsh . is it bad spring or shock ?

Otherwise height of car balanced no side is lower than other all are equal . Car is chevy caprice 2005 .

By far the simplest way and best way is to have it inspected. Shops that do suspension work will do a free visual inspection. It is not a scam; it brings in customers who suspect they have and allows the shop to see what is wrong and provide an intelligent estimate of the repair cost. You get a professional appraisal, they get a good lead on a job.
