RoseGal Very Dissappointed

I ordered a really pretty top a week ago. On my Rosegal account it says processing waiting for payment. The payment was processed from my account the day I ordered I have messaged 3 times. The phone # I guess is no good. I have had no response. I was looking to continue to order from rosegal.com. But I gueeeeesss not.
