RoseGal Poor customer svc - Poor Response and response time All Around NOT GOOD

Let me tell you all something. NEVER order anything from RoseGal. Have you noticed that the Likes is low? That is not because people do not know about them. It is because the jerks SUCK. I placed an order on JUNE 12, 2017 and on June 19.2017 received a shipment confirming WITH a tracking number. THEN when I got my order on June 25th, I only received HALF a bathing suit. Now, I am not sure, but I do not think that people would appreciate me walking around WITHOUT BOTTOMS. I called and called and even emailed. GUESS WHAT? rosegal.com ONLY REPLY / WORK FROM 6PM TO 8PM. SO getting an answer is not an option. I finally was able to contact someone in SPAIN and then days later (JUNE 30th), got a reply to my original PM to them. I was on vacation when the decided to reply and that was TOO LATE. This is what rosegal.com just sent me, today. I apologize for my late response. We apologize for this situation. Please kindly review our warranty policy here: http://www.rosegal.com/warranty-return/ In order to offer you the most appropriate solution, could you please indicate to us the following details: - Please send us clear pictures of the item, its item code and its outer packaging information. Once we receive the information above, we will provide you with an effective solution. We apologize again for any inconvenience caused. Well, this is too little, too late. No notice on when I am to get the rest of my order. No personalized contact for their screw up. Just a Im sorry and here is our policy, which I do not see anything on there about missing items. And as far as contacting them, YOU NEVER REPLY IN A TIMLY MANOR IF AT ALL ARE YOU SERIOUS? I am over that until rosegal.com send me the rest of my order. I provided them with the shipping order number and the sku of the item in question via pm. I SAY AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM rosegal.com!!!!!!! And YES, I will be posing anywhere and everywhere I can about this SORRY COMPANY.
