RoseGal Extremely Dissapointed

I placed an order over 40 days ago!! Was told to check with my local post office but rosegal.com are unable to track shipping code provided..no undelivered parcels or slips left for my home. I have reached out to them numerous times and have told to be patient. Now that I am so sick of the poor ethics of rosegal.com I have asked for a refund of my money and low and behold have not received 1 responding email to this request..or my money back. I feel sickened by this experience and as of right now would warn others..DO NOT ORDER FROM rosegal.com!!
