Below is my reply from so called customer service: I hope you will excuse me for the late reply. Your order was sent by surface mail which can not be tracked online. And the estimated time is 10-25 business days. Kindly wait for it. My question to them was (Why would you e-mail me a tracking number for a package that can't be tracked) As you can see from all Rose Gal responses .....rosegal.com don't care. I'm in the process of having my bank stop payment. My bank has great lawyers:)
