RoseGal Shipping is horrible, and awful customer service.

I had a play in which I needed a 1960's style plus size dress. I found the perfect one and decided to order it. I even paid a little extra for the direct delivery so I expected in the 7-10 business days- THAT I PAID FOR. It's been well past it, and it's been in the "processing" status the whole time. I attempted to call to figure out what was going on and at the very least get refunded for the extra shipping charge I paid, but low and behold their phone number is out of service! What a shocker. So I looked and it said I can facebook chat to resolve an issue. I sent one in-rosegal.com says it replies instantly, but no response either. I decided to just do a charge back through my bank because the play is over and I am not wasting my money for a product that I paid extra to receive in an orderly fashion. edit: rosegal.com responded. rosegal.com gave me a refund fast which I guess is something. However rosegal.com gave a pretty BS response stating the "Processing times vary on each item and to double check the time." ....Really? The processing time said 3-5 days. It was in processing for a week. Give me a break.
