RoseGal Horrible Horrible service. Period.

I ordered 2 items over a week ago, paid an extra $12+ for expedited shipping. Order is still "Processing" and I cannot get anyone to answer emails, no one ever answers the customer service phone number, and no one answers my requests on facebook messenger. I will never order anything from rosegal.com again!
