RoseGal Paid for expedited shipping - 2 1/2 weeks later NO package!

I paid extra for the expedited shipping which was for 3 days. I purchased my items on May 14th & it's now May 26 & still no package. Customer service is horrible & of course the funds were withdrawn from my account on May 15th. I opened a ticket with RoseGal twice, first response stated the items were on back order. Second response stated items are now on back order. FedEx tracking showed items to be delivered on May 26th & now it states possibly June 1st.
