Beds.co.uk really unhappy with after service

I am having difficulty with my ottoman bed and can not get this to perform properly, I am now told that to get someone out to assist will be £149?? The wrong bed was deilvered and yes a replacement has been ordered(which I had to chase an reply for today) 25 minutes on hold before anyone answered. Really poor service as far as I am concered, The mattress I ordered has non-existent memory foam.? will definitely try and shop locally for my next purchase. Saving a few pounds is no exchange for quality.
