ROMWE Second bad review

I did one bad review on here and the email romwe.com left me for contact information doesn't actually work. I've been charged a ton of extra money for express shipping. The express shipping has taken longer than romwe.com has said it would (including processing time at the Romwe factory) The whole reason I paid express shipping was to have my items before my trip and now I've paid $60 for nothing. My frost review I expressed this the romwe provided an email that doesn't work.
