Rosewe Very Poor customer relations

My wife ordered 3 bathing suits on June 11th, 2017. rosewe.com accepted our electronic check through PayPal on June 13th. We waited 2 weeks and heard nothing. We contacted rhombus email and received a response that rosewe.com were out of stock but rosewe.com did not notify us. I received an email a week ago the one had shipped. We still have not seen any of them.
