I ordered a swimsuit on March 10th. I asked for the 6-7day shipping and the item said that it would leave the warehouse within 24 hours. I would be leaving to go on a trip on March 22nd and thought this seemed like plenty of time for the swimsuit to arrive. I was wrong. Here it is, April 10th, and I STILL do not have my swimsuit. Not only that, but rosewe.com are giving me the runaround, telling me back on March 25th that the order had shipped. Well, it has been in "pre-shipment" ever since then. The customer service department will not help. rosewe.com just continue asking me to wait. I have asked for the item for free for the inconvenience, but rosewe.com have ignored my requests, literally not even responding to what I asked. Today, I sent a message in an online chat asking for a supervisor, the girl who responded told me the supervisor was on vacation, when I confronted her asking for someone else, she disconnected the chat. rosewe.com is awful. I will never order from them again. I don't even expect to get my swimsuit, let alone the refund.
