Muscle gain question (diet)?

Hello, simply, trying to gain some muscle.

I have most of my diet sorted, and my workouts.

However, this question is mainly regarding fish, how could I implement fish into SNACKS, between meals, for example one friend recommended a tin of tuna, or two, or a tin of mackerel and tuna, but I'm not sure, fish has good protein and other nutrition but is high in sodium, what's people's thoughts?
