I can't seem to lose weight on the scale. It is really bothering me.?

I keep walking every day. I walk on the treadmill as well as jogging outside. I usually walk for about an hour or so. I've been trying to eat around 2,000 calories a day or so by Myfitnesspal. But the scale is not budging. I do drink a lot of fluid though so it could be that.
