How long can sperm and semin survive in your mouth?
answered Jun 7, 2017 by Melvin

This is unanswerable.
I am not sure science has even ever looked at it. I cannot for the life of me come up with a medical reason for the question. But, the mouth is not a normal environment to keep sperm living.
