EyeBuyDirect bought many Glasses and then a PROBLEM

Great company as long as you do not have a problem....have a problem, try to get it resolved! good luck buddy...1 arm fell off my glasses...just like that....just DROPPED off. At the same time, my spare pair came in and eyebuydirect.com were huge....i am now on my 18th email to eyebuydirect.com over a period of 24 hours.....NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION and i sincerely believe their customer service is enjoying this....i have had 5 different people respond to my emails....crazy...
