TideBuy It's a joke!

I've ordered a top in November. tidebuy.com took the payment and, after one month, tidebuy.com told me that the top was out of order and there was no way to have it. tidebuy.com took my money without even checking if the item was available. tidebuy.com asked me to choose something else and I chose another top which was £1.48 more expensive and tidebuy.com asked me to pay the difference! It's the second week of february and I'm still waiting for it. Every time I send an email tidebuy.com say it will posted in 2-3 days. The last time tidebuy.com said " COULD YOU PLEASE WAIT?" Not even a word of apology! This is absolutely appalling, I won't shop with tidebuy.com anymore, I swear!!!
