Can I Nap With Contact Lenses On?
I have the soft contact lenses (daily ones) and sometimes I take 20 minute to 3 hour naps. Is this OK to do with contact lenses on? Also, should I wear them every day or take a break sometimes? Thanks.

It ok to nap in them but do not make a habit of them. Your eyes need to breath especially during sleep so naps are ok but as long as you do not leave them in overnight. The only thing i will have to warn you about is that you cannot take the contacts out immediately after waking up because they will have a feeling like they are stuck to your eyes. Just give them a few minutes and let your eyes adjust then add some re-wetting drops. They are ok to wear everyday but i recommend that once in awhile you give your eyes a break, like if you have a pair of eyeglasses try wearing them for a few days to give both the contacts and eyes a break. hope this helps!

Daily disposal contanct lense and a afternoon nap?
Hi, I'm wearing Johnson's 1 day Acuvue Moist contact lense. I used to have a habit of sleeping for 2 hours in the afternoon. Can I buy a solution and remove the lenses for sleeping and wear it after sleep? I don't want to use more than 1 pairs every day, I can't afford it.
BTW, would removing daily disposal contact lense do any harm? I feel that I can't see as clearly after I put them on after my sleep.

No, all disposal contact does is keeps the conacts clean and moist that's it. because if the contacts get to dry you won't be able to wear them anymore so I got a tip if you want to sleep in your contacts before you go to sleep just put a few drops in your eyes with the contacts in them and you will be okay.
