I found this a bit amusing and confusing at the same time. People keep complaining that you get fat easily from drinking soda drinks, but I intake about 2 litre coca-cola (soda stream kind, regulare) for over the last decade and my weight never changed from it.
I know sugary drinks as bad for your teeth/health. But I dont really care, just wondering about the weight aspect.
Update: 2 litre cocacola per Day*
Update 2: According to calcuations online. Ideal calorie intake would 1500kcal+ (I don't exercise!) Im 27 years old, female, 53kg, with BMI of 18,8 (Stable weight for a year) and happy with my current size, but the weight gain do not bother me. about 4 years ago I was 45kg and this is where the whole coca-cola drinking is making me a bit confused, but my metalbolism was much higher back then.
Update 3: guess my daily intake is about 1300-1800.
