The last few months I noticed every time I have a glass of milk, eat eggs, put cheese on something, or eat any type of meat, I feel sick. I've always been this way with meat and eggs, I just assumed it was because I was eating to much because I'm only 5'1",weigh 109 pounds, and I am 18 so its not like I'll keep growing. I don't understand why I recently seemed to have developed an issue with milk and cheese because that was never there before.
I find I don't have much energy because it gives me pains in my stomach for hours after I eat. I haven't felt good in a long time, so lately the last 2 weeks I've been experimenting. I started eating vegan breakfast and lunch and I feel great all day until I go to eat dinner and then I have something with meat or cheese and I go back to feeling sick and my stomach hurts. It keeps me up at night and I don't sleep the way I should because of the pain and discomfort.
I'm wondering if going vegan all the time is a good option, if I could just slowly start changing my diet or if I should go see my doctor about what's wrong, or both?
