Hi there I m 17 and I applied to at least 10-13 jobs in the last few weeks. They are now beginning to contact me and I don t know how to turn them down because I m the one who reached out to them. I have awful social anxiety and don t want to burn any bridges, how should I go about rejecting a job?

"Thank you for the offer. I appreciate the opportunity but I have accepted a position at another location."
IT's that easy. I'm a boss and I hire and fire people. This is nothing new for us.

Get the job you actually want first, and actually have at least one day working there. Then tell the others, "let me call you with my availability" then skip calling them unless the job you actually go to doesn't work out.
I can sympathize with your nervousness. congrats on the job!
