First of all yes, eating and throwing up (a.k.a. Bulimia) does help you lose weight in a sense but really it s helping avoid more weight gain. I mean it s not rocket science you re putting food in and shortly after before the bulk of the meal is digested you take it back out and therefore your body is not absorbing the calories, fat, sugars, and so on. The reality of it is you are starving yourself, so slowly your body fat will decrease, along with your energy levels, bone strength, important electrolytes, esophagus and stomach lining, and teeth enamel. I m not going to bull **** with you here I am currently struggling with this issue myself and it s only making me feel worse about myself. I saw more results getting off of my lazy *** and going to the gym for an hour and a half a day for (2) weeks than a month of throwing up my meals. I understand you don t want to be nagged and don t have the patience to do this the "right" or "healthy" way, but honestly if you want a quick fix for this issue start saving up and go to New Body MD instead of putting you re health, and potentially your life at risk.
Besides even if after all that throwing up you reach your goal will it be worth it when you have nasty, acid corroded, rotten teeth, painful ulcers, and no voice left to speak?
