I will tell you a curious fact for the blue eyes. They will look great when the makeup is smoky. You will ask why? I’ll answer you immediately – because of the Focus effect.
When the area around the blue eye (the lid) is blurry, the eye itself will look HD. Imagine a picture with a DSLR camera. You can make an effect of the image where the object is focused and the background is blurred. The same effect will be created with the smoky eye on the gorgeous blue eyes. Let me show you the steps and you will be convinced by the end of the tutorial that I’m right about the Focus effect. Here we go:
First, the details that will be closer to the eye must be sharp and not smudged – the waterlines. Cover them with black pencil. The black color on the top waterline will create an illusion of thicker and bolder lashes.
Then apply cat-eye liner on the top lash line with liquid product.
Try not to make smudges and mistakes for now.
Now you will need a round brush and a matte black shadow. Cover the outer corner of the eye and create a V shape as you trace the crease line too.
Create even blurry shadow with dark brown color.
Highlight the inner corner of the eye with bright color. Do the same with the brow bone.
Finish the look with a mascara. And if you want to enhance the blurry effect, you must stick fluffy faux lashes. The effect will be both finished and stunning.
The focused effect on the blue eyes will be even stronger if you keep the lids nude-colored and natural-looking. You can achieve this with matte nude-pink lipstick.
Don’t forget to shape and fill in the brows.
Done! Your makeup is ready!
