There's a few things you can do that are fairly easy. When choosing a concealer, use a loose powder concealer like revlon color stay (it's very good and has decent coverage). Using a liquid makes you actually look like you are wearing makeup. Making your eyebrows darker looks fairly natural but only if you buy a pencil that is a shade lighter than your eyebrow hair (if you are light brown, get dark blonde). Blush is nice, but can look bad, so never get anything much darker than your skintone, and stay within the peaches. Pinks, purples and reds look unnatural. Buy brown eyeliner and mascara. You can use a little bit of eyeliner on your bottom lid to make them look bigger, and brown mascara will add a little bit of darkness and length. I would suggest buying one by one, a Maybeline brand that gives natural looking length and volume and hardly clumps. Eyeshadow can be used if you only use two tones. Both MUST be matte, no shine in there at all. Get one that is close to your skintone (perhaps lighter) and then a brown that is just a few shades darker. Use the lighter one all over your lid and then only put the darker one in the inside crease and on the outside corner. Blend the two shades well. You can use a tinted chapstick like burts bees, or I think some of the big brands are coming out with some tinted moisturizers. Also a lip-stain may work, although the more you pay for those the better.
Hope I can help.
