Im 14, 5"2 and weigh 150 pounds. I have done everything possible to lose weight and nothing is working. I dont want a lecture because I know this isnt the safest or best way to lose weight, but Im running out of options and I just want a rough estimate. I do dance every day for about 30-60 minutes. I am not anorexic and if this works I plan on gradually eating more until I hit the thousands range and then I will continue on like that. I also drink about 6 cups of green tea and 8 cups of water a day and have been doing that for two months. I take many vitamins and pills as well such as an omega 3-6-9, biotin, vitamin C, vitamin D-3, and vitamin B12.
