What are some ways I can increase my GPA from a 2.5 to a 3.5?
I screwed up my 3 semesters at College, now my GPA is 2.5 and Im feeling lost. Any advice or suggestions on how to raise it to 3.5?

Im majoring in EE at top most university of my country so competition is very tough.I would say even tougher than some top us colleges as acceptance rate in EE is under 1%. I want to graduate in 4 years. My problem is that i get distracted and demotivated easily. I will miss a quiz if I'm feeling sleepy or lazy. Whenever I'm not able to grasp a topic quickly, i leave it and start wasting my time. I used to be a valedictorian in high school and sometimes i think I'm not smart enough.

I hate to break it to you, but...

3.5 x 8 semesters = 28
2.5 x 3 semesters = 7.5

In your next 5 semesters, you need a 20.5 / 5 = 4.25 GPA (or to take more classes to more heavily weight your last semesters, or to stay more than 4 years, etc.).

You're going to have to go from below average to almost perfect to obtain a 3.5 GPA, and make that change overnight. Realize that, and kick yourself into gear right now, or you're going to be too late to accomplish your goal.

Hopefully that is motivation enough to stick with it.

Since you are a senior, the answer is no. If you were a freshman, it would be yes. The reason is that if you have been taking 4 courses/semester since freshman year, your current GPA of 2.5 is an average of your grades for 24 classes. You are just adding 4, so it won't add much to your overall GPA any more. If you were to get all A's this semester, you could get a 2.8. If you were to get two A's and two B's, it would be a 2.7. That is better than a 2.5, but it can't be a 3.0.
