How can I get the dogs to stop barking so much?

My parents have five dogs, four of which are yorkies or yorkie/terrier mixes - NOTORIOUS yapper breeds. And YAP THEY DO. We have a fenced in yard because they don't want to walk five dogs, they have free access to go outside as the need to play/potty/etc. However, this also means constant BARKING.

This doesn't bother me as much, I understand they're dogs. But it's hours of barking. They don't stop. And then my parents start screaming at them to come inside, but the dogs were never taught what "COME INSIDE RIGHT NOW" means. The screaming bothers me more than the dogs.

Anyway to stop the dogs constant need to go outside and bark?

A few things:
NO, we will not be keeping them inside all day. We will not "only let them out when they need to;" with a dog pack of five, thats every ten minutes. We will be keeping their access to the backyard free, so don't tell us "limit outside access" or "keep them inside." it will be ignored.

NO, we will NOT use shock collars.

They are not going to stop barking, there are so many things outside that excite them, people, other dogs, squirrels, and when one gets excited and barks they all bark, unless you have an unlimited supply of toys they would just lie around and chew all day, you are not going to stop them from barking. Taking them outside for 1 or 2 long walks a day could help as it would tire them out and perhaps desensitize them to all those things. but you aren't going to stop it, you could however work on getting them to come when called. Call them and treat them for coming, repeat over and over and reinforce by rewarding randomly once they learn
