Are natural looking six pack abs a realistic Lipo result for a man with a good starting point? (photo)

Male, 52 years old, approx. 9% body fat. Any lower of a BF%, and I get creepy veins in the arms and legs. I can find few if any natural looking six pack ab Lipo results. If such results exist why do doctors resort to using male models with natural six packs in their promotional materials? The abdominal etching results I have seen rarely look natural. I am skeptical that a natural looking six pack ab result is possible, even for someone that has good starting point. Please prove me wrong.

Etching the abdominus rectus segmentations is unpredictable in my experience.
For you, I see little fat on your abdomen. At most a liposuction cannula can etch the natural lines of your rectus abdominus to emphasize them. It may create skin irregularity
For heavier people, liposuction can be done so as to remove more fat over the muscle segmentations so they stand out. This can look unnatural as there is more fat, not more muscle above and below.
Best wishes.
