I saw a few banana cornbread recipes on google but they are all from scratch.
I have a 6.5 oz package of Betty Crocker cornbread mix and 2 small ripe bananas.
The cornbread mix calls for 1/3 cup of milk, 2 tablespoon butter and 1 egg. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes.
I was wondering if I needed to add more milk or another egg so it will come out moist. Also would bake times vary when adding bananas?
