I have an issue with my body where it dumps (vomits and poops) all cooked food, dairy, bread,meat, and anything that has even been slightly cooked after 5 minutes of consumption. My doctor said I should try raw vegan a year ago but I didn't have enough willpower or money. I know it can be done and healthy I just don't know how to do it. I have looked at many sources and it all seems like nothing but junk sites. I am a banana fan I eat about 2-3 in a day along with the food that makes me very sick. I just need some ideas for cheap products I can eat without getting sick my body is always in so much pain and I know it works for me I just need guidance on my way to being a healthier me.
Update: I love meat so I need tips on how to stop the cravings I don't want to die but I don't know what I can do
