A lot of people are under the impression that simply giving up meat will make them healthy. I meet people in person with this mindset and I see it a lot on yahoo answers. No. That's not how it works. I'm vegetarian and I just ate half of a costco sized bag of chips. People assume I'm healthier than them when they find out I don't eat meat. I'm flattered people would think I'm healthy but I just ate a ton of junk food! Where did this myth come from?
