I know I can save a cmd prompt script as a .bat file but let's say I wanted to run a command prompt script from a certain folder...?

Let's call this folder "Sample". I open the command prompt window in here (using shift right click). How can I get the .bat file to execute inside this Sample folder, instead of the .bat file executing from a regular command prompt. My script would start off like C:/python27/python.exe runserver.py Would it be as simple as just putting the .bat file inside the sample folder?
